The Pain, I'm taking charge! program is a corporate well-being programme for people suffering from chronic pain. It was developed in cooperation with Pfizer, and has been offered to companies since Fall 2006.
The programme includes a section for company managers and another for employees, as well as information documents.
The programme is based on the following objectives:

To improve the quality of the employees’lives;

To reduce the absenteeism rate;

To increase productivity;

To reduce the company’s health expenses.
