Our association has three categories of membership:
Regular Member
- All persons suffering from chronic pain, no matter the origin, and interested in promoting our objectives.
- Signing up is FREE.
Associate Member
- All persons wishing to promote our objectives.
- Members of the familly or loved ones of a person suffering from chronic pain, members of the medical or paramedic community and all others interested in chronic pain.
- Signing up is FREE
Corporate Member
- All groups, collective, incorporated or registered associations, all moral persons wishing to promote our objectives, having similiar objectives to ours and wishing to be recognized as a AQDCsupporter.
- Sign up is conditional to payment of membership fees (minimum $500).
